“This home reminded me so much of my childhood home but with modern conveniences and thoughtful updates (I’m 75). Though it’s an older home care was taken to modernize it enough to make it comfortable for today’s travelers. The bathrooms and kitchen were well appointed with everything one would need for a comfortable stay. “A small group of friends came to stay for a long weekend to catch up and celebrate an engagement. We had a great weekend enjoying the property, beautiful weather, and an excellent host. I could not recommend this place more. You will not be disappointed. It had everything we needed for a friend getaway and so much more. It was the perfect set up for us to be together as a family and yet still have our own space. The house is perfectly set up with everything you need. “This cottage has many great amenities: large bedroom, private outdoor patio space, clothes washer and dryer. This is all in addition to a nice living area, kitchen, and full bathroom. The cottage is in a wonderful location within walking distance to Sea Breeze Amusement Park, Irondequoit Bay marina/beach, and several great restaurants and bars.
