The cottage is in a wonderful location within walking distance to Sea Breeze Amusement Park, Irondequoit Bay marina/beach, and several great restaurants and bars. “Our group consisted of 8 adults and one kiddo. Plenty of room for more. Great access to the lake with a nice dock. Huge living room and nice deck overlooking the lake. Fire ring near the dock.. Our second time here, won't be our last! Owners were super responsive, very accommodating!”
