“Loved staying there, I would recommend and I would stay there again!”

“The apartment was great very clean, I would suggest possibly getting a microwave, there was no way to warm up any leftovers. Could also use some more utensils, (spatula). The neighborhood although nice was a little to urban for our liking, I know marijuana is legal but the smell of it was everywhere, especially from the tenant below in the middle of the night. Lovely place just not for us older folks. Thanks”

“This renovated warehouse apartment is secure, spacious, neat, cozy, and quiet. A large couch is very comfortable and the king size bed is fantastic. The location is superb in that. It is immediately near 490 making it easy to get anywhere in Rochester. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this location to anyone.”

“Our stay in this tastefully remodeled one-of-a-kind studio apartment for 3 nights was a very positive experience. The property is in the Neighborhood of the Arts and it is within easy walking distance of an assortment of performing arts venues, several museums, fine and modest restaurants and bars. Our primary destination on this visit to Rochester was to attend a performance at the West Herr Auditorium Theatre which was just a few blocks from the apartment. We wanted to try staying in this area……

“We stayed for three nights on the lower level. It was very clean and comfortable. We could hear the other folks staying upstairs, but they didn’t keep us awake. The property is located off a main street, but tucked away. Easy access to Rochester and downtown Pittsford. Jim, our host was very welcoming. ”

“Very comfortable basement apartment with full bath, queen bed, mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, couch, etc. We had our own separate entrance and daylight windows with lots of light. The bed was comfortable and we had great communication with the owner. Conveniently located in Victor, which worked well for us in town for a Victor/Mendon wedding.”

“Our family stayed for three nights for a local swimming meet that our 10yr old daughter was competing in. Tom (owner) was wonderful from the beginning. Communication before, during, and after our stay was awesome. Ken (listing manager) was also very helpful and informative during the process. The house was beautiful, clean, and well-stocked. It was also conveniently located close to great local restaurants and grocery stores. Check in and check out was very smooth. We couldn't have asked for……
