“So I never got check in details, messaged the host several hours before check in. Didn't hear anything. Showed up after check in time no one on the property. Called the host several times, no answer and voice mail was full. As I was walking the property another family showed up they had checked in the day before. While getting on the phone with vrbo the owner showed up and discovered that he had double booked. I am still waiting on his cancellation of my reservation and the return of my money……

“We stayed with our pup for the Labor Day weekend and we loved it. The lodge is actually bigger than appears on the pictures. It is located in the walking distance to all restaurants, the Sodus Point beach and only 20-minute drive to Chimney Bluffs. Matthew was very accommodating and responsive. I highly recommend it.”

“It truly is charming, very clean and comfortable. It has a beach bungalow style to it; the decor is perfect. A lot of time and energy went into making this so sweet. The owner is good enough to provide herbs and teas and plenty of paper goods. 5 star this one. Be aware of lots of construction going on post Helene and Milton….but only during the day time. ”
