It is located in the walking distance to all restaurants, the Sodus Point beach and only 20-minute drive to Chimney Bluffs. Matthew was very accommodating and responsive. I highly recommend it.”

“The property is exactly as pictured. The bathroom is beautiful. It was a very hot and humid night and the air conditioner kept us cool and comfortable. The only 1 suggestion for improvement- we reserved the room for 4 guests and were given 2 towels. Everything else was very nice. ”

“So I never got check in details, messaged the host several hours before check in. Didn't hear anything. Showed up after check in time no one on the property. Called the host several times, no answer and voice mail was full. As I was walking the property another family showed up they had checked in the day before. While getting on the phone with vrbo the owner showed up and discovered that he had double booked. I am still waiting on his cancellation of my reservation and the return of my money……
