“A very clean and comfortable home. Plenty of space for my family (3 of us). Lots of extra towels, beach towels, blankets and kitchen supplies. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash being supplied was a nice touch. Practically across the street from Seabreeze and just a short walk (or drive) away from a beach. Neighborhood is quiet (other than the noise from Seabreeze which closes at 8pm). During our stay we were impacted by the poor air quality so we spent more time indoors than planned.……

“We had a great stay at the house!! It is updated, very clean, & great size! The master bedroom, bathroom, & closet are HUGE which was perfect for my daughter’s family (hubs, 3yr old & 1 yr old). The closet was big enough to serve as a bedroom housing the pack in play & 1 yr old which was perfect for naps & earlier bedtimes. The beds were comfortable. The dock, outdoor swing, fire pit, & hot tub were great!! We swam in the lake everyday. The water is deep so nothing is touching your legs! The……

“Our group consisted of 8 adults and one kiddo. Plenty of room for more. Great access to the lake with a nice dock. Huge living room and nice deck overlooking the lake. Fire ring near the dock.. Our second time here, won't be our last! Owners were super responsive, very accommodating!”

The communication with the hosts was excellent — they were always responsive and helpful.We enjoyed every moment, especially the pool, which made our son’s birthday even more special. “Stayed as a family to explore all around Rochester. Conveniently located to the canal, Fairport and Pittsford. Plenty of restaurants to choose from around area. Just such a gorgeous location. House is comfortable, spacious, and so clean. Home owner is available if needed and quick to respond to anything. Great home to stay in!!”

“this was the perfect site to stay at for a work group. we were able to split up into male/female apartments. parking was good at the house and readily available for overflow nearby. everything was clean and new looking. beds were super comfortable! The only negative was that the walls are pretty thin, so you hear everything above and beside your rooms and the neighbor was really loud with tv/radio some mornings/evenings. But overall, I give it 5 stars! ”

“We wanted a dog friendly centrally located place to stay allowing us to both explore the fingerlakes and spend a day at Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake. This property was perfect and I would highly recommend it. The bonus was viewing deer grazing in the back yard. ”
