“LOTS of stairs. They use something to clean ceiling fans assuming that is what was all down one side of the master bed and dripped on the floor. I washed all sheets etc before laying down. A few maintenance items needed but not a big deal. Last step outside no railing so I fell only 1 time though. Outside grill was dirty. Big sign showing house for sale and host communication was poor. All else was great ”

“The property was kind of run down. Stove didn’t work properly, ice make keep dumping ice overflowing, dirty laundry in the washing machine, front door wouldn’t stay closed, the floor of the upstairs shower feels like you are going to fall through, Up stairs toilet seat was messed up, and the a/c quit working in the middle of the on Saturday. ”

“Boat house is huge with ample room to dock your boat during the stay is a selling point. The house and cleanliness of the property is great. Wife and kids were very comfortable during a spring break stay. Owners are friendly and communicative. Beach is only 5 minutes away. I will definitely be back.”

“We had a great stay. The accommodations were nice and met our needs. The owner was extremely helpful and kind when we needed something specific. The kitchen had pretty much most of what we needed and we were able to host dinner two nights for our big group of friends. Fishing was wonderful right off the back of the property. Our teens used the larger room downstairs. The only con I’d say is for the smaller bunk room with the bathroom downstairs. It’s concerning as the mold smell was……
