“The property was very nice. Staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good. I liked the waffles and sausage. There were more choices. Juices too. Always fresh coffee in the lobby. “From how we were greeted (friendly, helpful!) to the nice, clean quiet room (5th floor!) - our stay for 2 nights was great. “I go to Altoona several times a year to attend Altoona Curve baseball games. My first time trying the Altoona Grand was a great experience. The hotel is clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The on site restaurant and bar was a nice touch as well. We enjoyed some good food and drinks after the game. The staff were all friendly and willing to help. I will be sure to book again the next time I go back to Altoona. ”
