“We didn’t realize this was so rural. But it was really only a short drive to a restaurant. We needed to leave early for a bicycle tour and they were so accommodating serving us breakfast very early. The room was pretty, clean and comfortable. Properly named as it did seem like home. ”

“This hotel is a 5 star in my book. It feels great from the moment you check in. All the staff was super friendly and helpful. Everything is so so clean, from the carpets to the linens. And the location is just spectacular!!! Right next to the river so you can enjpy a wonderful walk or even ride a bike. Breakfast was good with an ample coffee selection. The room was super spacious and it had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Ours was a stop over from ny to oh but id love to make this our next……

“Our first time at Lake Pointe Inn was amazing. The property has a ton of charm. There is ample seating in outdoor and indoor common areas including a gorgeous fire pit overlooking the lake where we spent several hours each night. The best part of our stay (apart from the tasty breakfast!) was the staff. Each and every person, not just the owners, were friendly and genuinely glad to have us. Would definitely go back there when we're in Deep Creek in the future.”

“Dan and Robin are very thoughtful and caring hosts. The location was very close to falling waters. The place was extremely clean and we were allowed to cook in the kitchen. The nearby town restaurants close early and you may want to take your own food for dinner. Breakfast is provided by the hosts. Only negative is the sound of trains nearby.”

“Good firm beds. Happy back. Walking distance to a variety of eateries and market. Basically right off the GAP trail. Couldn’t ask for better unless they provided complementary massage and bike cleaning service after a long uphill climb from Cumberland. ”
