“Property was not ready for us when we arrived, microwave smelled, and dishwasher doesn’t work and smells really bad needs some urgent attention, grass in garden not cut so kids could not play in it, However when reporting the state of the property I.e beds not made and towels still left in the bath and shower cleaners worked around the clock to get beds sorted and clean towels thank you cleaners you did an amazing job really appreciate your efforts getting the situation resolved, we were still……

“We were at Snetterton race track for three days. The hotel is just 15 mins from the track, I have stayed here at the Townhouse hotel previously and will always come back. OK - The hotel is a little tired but there’s a comfy bed and a pub across the road. That’s what matters. Parking is in a public car park adjacent to the hotel. It’s a quiet village. “Great location, lovely reception and restauarant staff. Took a single room which was a great price. bed very comfy. Felt stair and room carpet wasn’t properly vacuumed and maybe needed a good clean. restaurant was very cute; nicely decorated.
