Beds were comfortable, TV I instructions provided and easy to follow. It's a super cute beach bungalow. “The townhouse was ok. Overall it just needed a better cleaning. Whoever stayed before we did forgot to run the dishwasher and we found it full of dirty dishes. The floors needed to be swept and mopped better. The pillows throughout, especially the decorative throw pillows, the bedspreads, and the towels need to be replaced. “This apartment is right across the street from the historical Hill Center that hosts free community concerts weekends through the summer. “We had a lovely stay at this townhouse in Arlington. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The host was very responsive before and during our stay. It is very conveniently located to Arlington National Cemetery.The listing says 3 bedrooms and mentions a futon bed; however the 3rd bedroom is really the game room and it was a pull-out couch not a futon. The 2 beds upstairs were really comfortable. If we come back to DC we would happily stay here again.”

"The Tidal Basin is just across the street from the hotel, and the hotel has its own private bridge across the street to the Tidal Basin, which is in a great location to view the cherry blossoms at the Tidal Basin and go to the National Mall. The service staff is very friendly, and the hotel is tastefully decorated, clean and warm. The room is large and overlooks the Tidal Basin from the window.We came to see the cherry blossoms this time with my elderly mother. The hotel is very conveniently located for my mother in a wheelchair to visit the Tidal Basin."
