“My overall experience at the D Andrea Lagoon was very positive. The customer service was amazing and the premises were great. The only down side of the overall stay would be the area around the hotel. This hotel would be for people that are looking to relax, without doing much. “Nous avons passé 1 semaine au Mitsis Ramira.
Le personnel est compétent, sympathique (mention spéciale pour Miltiadis) et toujours là pour trouver une solution (Merci également à Aphrodite).
L'hôtel est agréable, mais il y aurait sûrement des choses à revoir : la grande piscine qui mériterait d'un peu de sécurité autour (passage à côté du bassin de 3m) et sols qui sont facilement glissants.
Pour le côté écologique et pratique, des douches à la place de baignoire dans les chambres.
