“The staff was incredibly professional, Irini and Anastasia especially made your day by welcoming you as you came and went. The bar staff were so friendly and helpful with coffee and George the morning chef was such a super friendly individual who made sure you enjoyed breakfast. Overall it’s the best experience I had in staying in Kalymnos and I will definitely return soon 😊😊😊”

“Cleaning and breakfast staff were lovely. At reception communication was not great. Firstly at arrival I was not welcomed to pay the sustainability fee by card. They wanted cash. ( it would be good to communicate this beforehand) When I insisted to pay by card to avoid fees from the cash Maschine , all my cards were weirdly rejected at the hotel reception. (My credit cards worked anywhere else during my vacation) I wonder why cash payment is preferred.. Then I asked at reception to order a taxi……

“Otel aileler için çok güzel . Odamız genişti ve çocuğumuzla çok rahat ettik . Çocuklar ve yetişkinler için ayrı ayrı etkinlikler vardı . Akşamları canlı müzik vardı . Açık büfe kahvaltısı yeterliydi . Tek sorun gemi ile geldiyseniz ve bavulunuz çoksa adanın taksi sorunu nedeniyle 2 km yürümek zorunda kalabilirsiniz. ”

“WiFi is very slow and most of time not working. We stayed in block one and when we left hotel to airport around 4am there is not emergency exit light around only lobby light was on we had to use phone torch to see where we should go in this way this is extremely dangerous for guests. Housekeeping Anna is very friendly and helpful who is the only good experience while we stayed in this hotel. Receptionist at night duty need to improve his English and hospitality skills. ”
