“The home was very clean and recently renovated. We rode the included bikes to the very close Hope college campus, and all around downtown Holland. We felt that it was very private and a nice and cozy space to stay in. We will consider staying here again. ”

“This home was perfect for our stay for a family wedding. Well suited for the 4 adults in our party. The home has beautiful restored historic features throughout including lovely antique furniture as well as comfortable seating and sleeping. Communication with the owner was excellent, reaching out prior to our stay to assist with any recommendations. Location is perfect to downtown Holland. Would highly recommend this vacation home.”

“We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was conveniently located to where we needed to go. It was very clean and smelled nice. The shower has amazing water pressure, and the large shower head made it feel like I was getting a nice message. I also liked the large gas stove. There were several items that could be used if you forgot something. (Toiletries, condiments, spices, etc.)Two very small things though. The ceiling on the stairs is very low. This is mentioned in the check-in guide, however……

“This was our second stay at this property, and we loved it! We had a group of 6, and had tons of space. The hosts have thought of all of the little details (e.g., lots of outlets, phone chargers, K-cups, wine glasses, beach toys) to make the stay extra special. The home is very clean, and the porch is great! Will definitely return.”

“Only a 4-night stay, but it was the perfect amount of time to enjoy this area of Michigan and get some local adventures in from.The Rogue River is a great spot for recreation. Saw probably 100 kayakers and fishers over the 4 days we were at the place. You need to book ahead as the local kayak renters can be busy. Don't forget about downtown Rockford too! Wonderfully quaint area with a beautiful dam landscape and plenty of shops and restaurants to enjoy. Rockford Brewing was a favorite.Was……

“This is our fifth stay at the Cottage! We absolutely love it and make it the kickoff to our summer each year. My daughters love the mermaid room with the dress up area and then settle into the room with the twin beds for a vacation sleep over! The house has everything we need for our stay. Each year we stay, we see the small upgrades or improvements Tim makes to keep the property well maintained. The cottage is just a few blocks in to the social district, so we walk to town for breakfast,……
