“Great time in Grand Rapids. House size was great for four adults. Property could use some updates, but communication with owner was easy and house had everything we needed as we ate out most meals and really only slept there.”

“The house on Boltwood was perfect for me and my husband while visiting family and friends in Grand Rapids. It is convenient to parks, freeways, restaurants and stores. The home was nicely furnished and very clean, with lots of thoughtful touches. We would definitely return for another visit!”

“We were in town visiting family, this location was great with the 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. House was clean, location was great and Mike was wonderful with communication. We would definitely book again when we are in town in the future.”

“Came to town for GVSU commencement and perfect place to accommodate the family. Great pathway for morning walks and catching the sunset over Lake Michigan. Access to beach is not for the faint of heart. 100 steps! House is beautiful and perfect bedroom/bath set up to accommodate adults. Houses well stocked with items to make the space feel like home. ”
