“酒店的服務非常好,入住前兩次電郵問我是否要幫我預訂些什麼,到達時前台的服務也很貼心。但房間衛生程度不合格。入住第一天,送給客人的巧克力已經打開,枕頭上有頭髮,地毯有上一位客人留下的食物,估計根本沒有更換床舖,我入住的幾天應該也不會換床舖。每天清潔都很隨便,浴袍髒了也沒更換,忘記給我們新的棉簽。以這個房價而論是不可接受”

“Quite normal and standard hotelroom . Good for 1 night. Quite noisy because on the 7th restaurant....”

“Second stay in 3 months, great location, a little more expensive but to be expected as weather warms up. Walking access to Reims in 15mins and excellent access and secure parking sells it.”

“Manque de personnel le week-end pour s'occuper de l'accueil et du petit déjeuner mais personne présente très efficace et aimable. ”

“位置在市中心，周边超市、餐馆不少，很方便，开车的话可以停在酒店旁地下停车场，每晚8.5欧，这个停车场与酒店有合作所以便宜。服务人员态度很好，很乐意帮助人。缺点就是房间太小，且朝向太差。”

“Hôtel plutôt bien, personnel sympathique et agréable. Literie bonne et au calme. Toutefois les toilettes n'étaient pas impeccables et les chambres et salles de bain sont un peu petites, de petites finitions vieillissent. Portail impossible à ouvrir avec la clef de la chambre... Rapport qualité prix peut être un peu à revoir... Mais l'hôtel reste correct.”

“No lift, but luckily they can offer the room in ground floor. Not near TGV station, it takes 4 tram stations. No toilet in "private bathroom". Some of the staff are rude.”
