“The property is truly breathtaking and the photos do not do the location justice. It is indeed high up in a cliff overlooking the beautiful Shenandoah. We spent almost all of our time on the back deck, watching storms roll by and listening to the birds. Inside, we did not lack for anything. The kitchen was well-appointed and the stove was awesome to cook on, induction I think. The master bedroom had an incredible view and the bathroom was luxurious. “Very nice property and I wish the weather had been better so I could enjoy the outside as much as the inside. The home had all the necessities and was in great shape. Loved the artistic touches (wall photos, stove covers, dish patterns). Lots of wildlife stopped by -deer, woodpecker, birds! Would definately stay again!”

“We really enjoyed our stay, the four bedrooms gave us lots of space. The hot tub was great and we enjoyed the balcony, too. Very close to lots of fun wineries and Harper’s Ferry. Quiet location on a road with other houses. I’d recommend bringing extra towels and a few wine glasses if you’re drinking nice wine. Lots of thoughtful touches — games, fireplace, spacious kitchen. It was great!”

“Six of us girlfriends from college stayed for a long weekend. The location is amazing and close to downtown Middleburg - which is good because we couldn’t get an uber/lyft home from dinner :). House is spacious, cozy and has everything you need. We had a few creepy crawlies join us now and then, but overall it was excellent and the host is responsive.”

“Happ to have found this place with such great access to hiking, wine tasting and checking in to several towns.The property is lovely and clean. We had everything we needed during our stay.The hot tub is big and clean with a great view of Skyline drive. Unfortunatley, there is some home construction being done below the property and someone saw fit to park a large dump truck with its dump up, right in front of the home. So sad we did t have the view we expected.Regardless of that, it’s a great……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was fantastic, just right for 5 couples. The beds and bedrooms were very comfortable, black out shades were nice. mattresses were deluxe. The whole house was beautifully decorated, and furnished with very nice pieces. The covered porch and fire pit, were both exceptional experiences for our group. Loved being in nature, and away from the city. Listening to the owls, and watching the horses graze, and deer run freely. Dishwasher did not work, but I am……
