“We had the BEST time! I was very impressed with the accommodations and cleanliness. Our family enjoyed fishing, the hot tub, and all of the special little amenities Bella Vista had to offer. The area is "true nature" with high-speed country roads lined with tall trees, general stores, and deer sightings right when you enter. Highly recommend a stay for anyone that's looking to disconnect - but, still have all they need to have a good time.”

“This is a nice place in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the lake access and kayaks across the street. It's a short drive to hiking and biking at the state park and wildlife refuge. Restaurants and antique shops are 25 min away in Jefferson. We cooked all but one meal here using the grill and well equipped kitchen. Check in was easy and the lockbox/key setup is much easier than electronic keypads we've experienced at other places. Jennifer checked in by text to make sure all was good. We'll……

“We had a group of 4 couples. We loved the location and the property. We will make this an annual trip for our group.The floorplan isn't really detailed in the ad but we loved it. Two bedrooms downstairs and one up. Bunkbeds kind of in a dark corner downstairs, no door. One bathroom down and one up. The kitchen, master and living is on the second floor. Great hot water and water pressure. Beds all super comfy. Has charcoal grill (bring charcoal) and wifi (but it doesn't really work so maybe pack……

The only thing that was missing was a dishwasher, but we made it work thank you to Roxanne for being a great host and getting back with me whenever I had a question we would definitely return one day I would recommend it to anybody that needs a getaway. It’s way out in the country Right on the river.”
