“We had a nice stay and enjoyed how close it was to Maggie Valley nearby hiking and skiing. It was quiet and cozy and had what everything we needed. The only downside was a couple things not being clean and having nothing to clean with. It wasn’t anything drastic but a small set back after a long journey of driving.Host was welcoming and very friendly!”

“I was celebrating my 50th birthday with a group of friends. This house was perfect for all of us. Plenty of space, very comfortable and cozy house with everything you need to have a great stay. The beds were very comfortable as well. It was very easy and cheap to get Ubers to downtown and back. I would absolutely stay at this house again. Everyone agreed it was a place we'd like to come back to every year! Monica was a great host, so friendly and welcoming and very responsive. ”

“I was on a mini-vacation for this visit and it was the perfect place for me. Had everything I needed, including water and soda. Also had a nice jacuzzi tub inside as well as a stand up shower. ”

“The bridge to the property has a steep drop off that scraped the bottom of my car. Getting in the lockbox for the key was difficult ,had to go to neighbor for property manager info. due to no wifi at the cabin to use cell phone . No heat in the bathrooms . Would only recommend if these problems was addressed.”

“We stayed with a group of teenagers and it was the perfect place. Plenty of room to spread out. The first floor had the game area, a small kitchen, 2 bedrooms with king sized beds and two bathrooms. The second/main floor had 3 bedrooms with king beds and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The third floor housed the bunk room and another half bath. The house was well appointed with everything we needed. “This is an excellent rental with a kitchen stocked with every needed utensil. There is a flowing brook below the cottage. The street is quite and in a wooded neighborhood. We will definitely rent the cottage on a future trip. Very close to downtown. ”
