The whole accommodation, from my stunning King Deluxe Balcony Room to the guest lounge and courtyard, was perfect, and all the staff friendly and helpful. A short walk from the bus station, it was a great base from which to enjoy the sights of Edgartown. ”

“There are no full time staff onsite. The hotel across the street manages it, so if need something they come across the street. For example, the shampoo and conditioner bottles were missing in the shower, so I contacted them through the One Key app and they quickly responded and came over to put in the missing bottles. Room is rather small with no refrigerator, microwave, or coffee maker, as these are all located in the nice and spacious common room downstairs. OK selection of TV channels,……

“整体来说还是很好的。就是在沙滩安全方面，建议在游泳区域设置救生圈和救生员，以及应急用品，以便救援。我的孩子在游泳的时候不慎进入深水区，第一没有救生员，没有救生圈，没有救生用品。幸好得到其他住客的相救。不然本来是件开心的事，差点出现悲剧了。希望引起店方的重视。”

“Jeanette was warm and welcoming and available when we needed info or assistance; she knows the area well. FWH was convenient to the WH Ferry located along the Shining Sea bike path, and had the amenities you'd expect at a nicer inn. Recommended!”

The area was very clean & the room was also very clean. They gifted us a beach bag and 2 reusable water bottles. I look forward to staying here again. I rate this place 10/10. Oh, you MUST try the fresh made donuts from the shop across the street!! Backdoor Donuts! ”
