“very clean, plenty of room in the king room. lots of nice storage space. didn't love the pillows. good breakfast. great hot tub.”

“The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was great. Could walk everywhere. The only thing yhey could improve on is to provide more protein options other than yogurt at breakfast. Boiled eggs would be something they buy already cooked.”

“This is like an old-timey motel, but with modern conveniences and internet. Charming in its simplicity. Pleasant staff, comfy room, nice continental buffet breakfast. I was there because of eye surgery at a nearby clinic, and don't expect to repeat that, but would stay there again if I were visiting Sandwich. We had a lovely waterfront dinner at the Pilot House nearby. This is a very convenient location.”

“We were going to Martha's Vineyard for a wedding. We decided to come down a day early and stay in Falmouth. The Iris looked nice online and had an indoor pool (important to my wife). The staff was very friendly, the rooms were nice, the beds were comfortable, and the lobby was impressive. The pool made my wife very happy and gym had the equipment I needed. The biggest surprise was the free continental breakfast. We expected coffee, pastries, bagels, maybe yogurt and granola. In addition to that,……

“Joanne the front desk clerk was very nice and polite. It was a very easy.check in. Provided information on our room, and breakfast hours. The pool and sauna were a bonus. Although it did say the hotel has a hot tub, it was filled in about 8 months ago. So no hot tub. Plenty of items to choose from for breakfast. Nice place to stay and the price was right.”

“I had a pleasant stay at the resort. Booked a dog friendly room with a king and a queen bed. The size of the room was good. The dog friendly rooms were on the outer most side of the resort. Besides that dogs were not allowed on any other part of the property. Although, the closest dog-friendly beach was 7-10 minutes walk away, it would have been nice if they allowed dogs on a small part of their private beach. Other than that the room was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and……

“整体来说还是很好的。就是在沙滩安全方面，建议在游泳区域设置救生圈和救生员，以及应急用品，以便救援。我的孩子在游泳的时候不慎进入深水区，第一没有救生员，没有救生圈，没有救生用品。幸好得到其他住客的相救。不然本来是件开心的事，差点出现悲剧了。希望引起店方的重视。”
