“The bathrooms need a lot of updating. The room next to us had guests that smoked on the balcony and you could smell it in our room. We also found that none of the lamps or above bed lighting worked and had to put in a maintenance call. Overall it was fine, the rooms are spacious which is a plus but I wouldn’t pay peak season prices to stay here. ”

“All in all, we enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Grand. The bathrooms and carpeting are in need of updates but clean and useable. Some of the advertised food specials at the in house restaurants were not available. The dividers between rooms on the balcony do not provide any privacy or division of space. I would consider this a safety problem. The ocean front view was beautiful. We would stay at the Grand again. ”

“Beautifully appointed decor. Very clean and nicely scented. All rooms face oceanfront-very important to us. Easy parking. Easy check in/check out. Friendly efficient desk staff. Few minutes from boardwalk to begin perfect exercise walk/jog for a couple miles out and back. Then later for leisure strolls in the best atmosphere. Love that OC vibe. SpringFest was great. Have enjoyed this hotel also in the past and will be back.”
