“The property was very nice and clean. One bedroom on the main level and three more in the basement. One full bath upstairs plus a half bath near the entrance. Another full size bathroom was down stairs. The kitchen was well equipped. There is a car port that has room for two full sized vehicles. It is right where we used the main entrance which was great for parking out of the sun and rain. Driveway was a good length and there was an area behind the back yard where I was able to park my truck……

“Perfect stay. "Charming" is that right description of this warm, cozy home that is convenient to the ski resort, Eagle Point. We also enjoyed a reunion with friends in Beaver -- almost exactly halfway between SLC and Vegas. Host was responsive and helpful. Plan to return.”

“Overall, the house was a nice place for us to rest our heads after long days of hiking in Bryce Canyon. It was clean, had some nice amenities (e.g., toys for the kids, tea, hot chocolate). The keypad gave us a little trouble, but ended up working after a bit. There's nothing around in the neighborhood but we knew that ahead of time. Communications with the owner was extremely limited but we didn't have any trouble booking online, etc. and didn't need to reach out for anything. Overall a good……

“We had a wonderful weekend trip! The house looked small from the outside, but more spacious on the inside and plenty of space to accommodate four people and two dogs. Everything was clean and organized. We cooked some meals in the kitchen and enjoyed marshmallows over the fire pit (courtesy of Julia). The two hot springs were within a 5-10 min drive from the house and we had a lovely soak at both! Beds were comfortable and we liked the new appliances. Only thing to take note is the neighborhood……

“This house was perfect for our large group! Each room in the house has a theme of a different continent and can can accommodate a whole family. Our family stayed with 4 other large families comfortably. I loved that my family of 6 had our own room that slept all of us. We had our own attached bathroom that had all the things we love (like tons of hooks to hang towels or other wet clothes and all the essentials). This house was perfect ski in and ski out! Loved staying in such a clean, fun, and……
