“We had tickets to a concert at Winstar and wanted to stay somewhere close. This is a gem. It was a lot bigger than what I thought. It has a living room, dining table, full kitchen and bedroom. “We really enjoyed our 3 nights, Only about 1.5 Miles from Winstar & all back roads. We loved that it was off the beaten path, very quiet, People in the area were very friendly. Drawback is there is not much in this town except the casino. But the casino is Huge! If you want to go to a real grocery store, its 30 min away in Gainesville, TX. ”

“Nice property on the inside however had a cold first 24 hours as house is connected to a huge metal barn that isn’t insulated and very cold in mid-February. Concrete floor in master bedroom adds to cold feeling. Also had to call rental agent to have someone come out and thaw out the pipes as they were frozen inside the barn resulting in no hot water in both bathrooms, which was taken care of in only a couple of hours. ”
