“Booked a get away from the cold weather in Canada Love going to Florida each winter. Had a great spot. Easy to bike ride anywhere. Weather was lovely. A pool and hot tub, unfortunately do to a filter issue we did not have the use of them until after the 5th day. The host was GREAT at communicating with us and helped as much as possible. After getting the pool guy there all was fine. Was hoping for a discount on the first 5 days as the pool/spa cost 30 a day and we could not use them, I asked but……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. However, there were a few things that we felt could be improved on. The washing machine for one, never filled completely with water and was extremely noisy. There was not enough toilet paper, we had to go out and purchase more. Several lightbulbs were burned out with no replacements to be found. Again, we had to go purchase them. All in all, we were very happy with our overall experience at your property. We are discussing the possibility of returning again next……

“Enjoyed the peacefulness, yet close to shopping and dining, if needed. The home was spacious and neighborhood quiet. We all enjoyed our stay.”

“The house was great but all of the amenities are in another community for now (they are under construction) and therefore it was misleading. It also seemed as if there are several communities that send their guests to this other community because the line to get in was eternal and it was jam packed. To top it off, when we got there the pool was closed and when it reopened, it was closed again about 15 minutes later. In addition to this, the master bathroom does not have hot water in the shower……

“Our family loves to come to this property every year. It is large enough for us to spread out when needed but with lots of space to also spend great time together. The property is exactly as listed and in a very safe neighborhood. It is close to shopping, restaurants and Disney. I highly recommend this rental property. We already can't wait to return next year.”
