“I realized upon arrival I had not communicated correctly the number of guests I was bringing. I called David and he answered the phone immediately. He was very polite and gracious about my miscommunication. The neighbor was quiet and peaceful. 30 minutes from Epcot and Magic Kingdom. ”

“Booked a get away from the cold weather in Canada Love going to Florida each winter. Had a great spot. Easy to bike ride anywhere. Weather was lovely. A pool and hot tub, unfortunately do to a filter issue we did not have the use of them until after the 5th day. The host was GREAT at communicating with us and helped as much as possible. After getting the pool guy there all was fine. Was hoping for a discount on the first 5 days as the pool/spa cost 30 a day and we could not use them, I asked but……

“Agree with the other reviews that this is a hidden gem. Everything about our stay was great--communication with the host, house was exactly as described and location was great for our visits to Disney and Universal Studios. Everyone loved the pool and recommend arranging for the pool to be heated in advance. Would absolutely stay again when returning to Orlando.”

“We were there for cheer competition. House was close to absolutely anything you would ever need. Pool and pool table as well as air hockey. Fun experience ”

“The house could use some attention, the garage door locking mechanism doesn’t function very well. Some of the bathroom sinks drain slowly.other than that we all loved our stay.”

“The property is beautiful and would work very well for a group. The only problem for us was that all bedrooms are upstairs. We knew that when we booked, but from now on we will choose a property with at least a master suite downstairs. We are both seniors and have a difficult time climbing stairs. The entire house was extremely clean and well kept. The backyard was well-landscaped, and the pool was very nice.”
