“Loved the size of the kitchen and living room! Great floor plan (location of bedrooms gave privacy to guests) Was lacking in hand towels and washcloths, thankfully I brought my own. Beds were comfortable, loved the mattress in the master bedroom. Will definitely stay again!”

“The room was just as pictured. The bed was firm and comfortable. They had coffee,creamer and sweetner on hand for the coffee maker. Mini fridge had some water in it. The hosts we're nice and very accomodating. They no longer have the bicycles as listed but we found plenty of beautiful parks to walk around. I highly recommend one park about 10 min away called Waterfront Park. ”

“Everything was perfect! Jessica responded quickly, was very friendly, and allowed early check in! It is located very close to food, shopping, and fun! The house was clean, felt like home, was stocked & has everything you need. Definitely recommend staying here! ”

“Great Property, and awesome host. Really fast communication. The house itself was really nice. With everything needed. The complex has an amazing pool with slides and a putt putt field.The only minor bad thing worth mentioning, is that if you are planning on doing some online shopping, and having the goods delivered to this home you should avoid USPS. “This is our second time staying at one of Amanda's properties and we plan on becoming regulars. Last year, we originally chose one of her cabins at Vacation Village simply because we needed a place to stay, close to my father-in-law that would allow dogs. “Pictures of listing don’t do it justice. Much larger feel. The kitchen is an excellent working kitchen, has bigger feel and counter space than pictures may make it seem, and all the cookware you would need. The property is hidden away with beautiful quiet feel at night the wrap around porch is awesome. It’s close enough to town (about 15 minutes) for major shopping, and a nice ride getting to Clermont passing lakes and farms and a nice country feel. If you want a quiet atmosphere next to farms……

“The owners are fantastic to deal with, open, prompt and easy to communicate with. As for the home, GORGEOUS! The first thing you do when you open the front door is take in the welcoming odor of the air freshener! The home is decorated as if a pro did it and meticulously kept. “The place is in a quiet neighborhood anout five minutes into a neighborhood from thr main road. The place was very clean and the hosts really went above and beyond to surprise us with extra decorations for our babies 1st birthday.The pool was very nice to play woth my kids.The kitchen was clean and had all the utensils and plates we needed as well as all the appliances.The rooms were very spacious and had very confortable sheet, pillows and comforters.
