"All staff and guests alike were very very friendly. The bar area was always lively but not too loud. The location was perfect! Dining spots, grocery store and anything else u could think of all in walking distance. I would highly recommend the Brownwood hotel. You won’t be disappointed!"

"House was as advertised. It seems as though a little clean-up of the place might help. Wading pool water was milky, some stains in carpet, no keurig for coffee, short on utensils. However, house was comfortable and clean. Overall, we enjoyed the house."
