“One thing that was not really enjoyable with the stay was you could constantly hear footsteps above us I don’t know if there were young children but the ceiling seemed like it was coming down at times. I am thankful they stopped by 9 pm at least or I would have asked the attendant to ask them to be a little more quieter. Maybe the walls are a bit thinner, but we stayed at a best western in Missouri and didn’t hear anything next to us. It wasn’t as nice and clean but it was far more quieter and……

“Greeted by a Garrett at the front desk he was very pleasant and professional. Hotel was clean. The room was clean. Nice spacious shower. The Raio shampoo and conditioner was nice. Pool was clean and big. Nicely maintained. Enjoyed our stay!!”

“My parents (both over 65 yrs old) car broke down and needed to stay for the night at check in their guest clerk was excellent. Help them with everything they needed to know for the night. When it was time to check out hotel clerk made them a little goodie bag for the road. I work for Hyatt and I tell you. You don’t need to go to a big 5 start hotel to get great service. ”
