“Good location, pool was empty, and check in was off but other than that very fun!”

“It’s hidden away but such a comfortable cozy space. The bed was comfy and I slept well. Very quiet there as well. Beach is close by. Just very responsive. The only down side is WiFi wasn’t great but other than that I highly recommend! ”

“Quiet, nice neighborhood. Three minute walk to the beach. The hosts were responsive. Cleanliness wasn’t top tier, but it wasn’t unhygienic. The location and price make this a five star choice for the area. Their staff was communicative. Appliances are working. Shower is tight but that hot water is fiiine. It’s a ground floor unit in a beach area so you will encounter bugs, maybe even a roach. I saw two bugs, but neither of them were primary disease carries. Just wash your dishes and you’ll be……

“We needed a break from work, school, and caring for an aging parent, and ice and snow. Being in the sun, near the ocean, with the azaleas, wisteria and cherries in bloom was lovely. Wished we could have stayed longer. It was a nice escape. Having access to a kitchen was a cost saver as we could heat up leftovers and toast bagels for breakfast. Thanks for sharing your home with us.”

“We had a wonderful stay in Wilmington! The home was perfect for our family — modern, beautifully updated, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed, and we really appreciated the thoughtful little touches like laundry pods, a snack station, and water bottles. Those small extras made us feel so welcome. The location was great too — close to everything we wanted to explore in the area. We’d definitely stay here again!”

“Great stay. Very easy and convenient. We parked when we arrived and never moved the car until we left. Able to walk to all the fun bars and shopping. Would highly recommend this stay!!!!”

“We booked this as a little getaway from the triangle. We usually go to Carolina or Wrightsville Beach so this was just an attempt to mix it up and its definitely a different vibe! Southport is so pretty and great fish and restaurants. We found the real beach like 10 mins away at Caswell and that was really nice and free parking! The apartment was really clean and comfortable. Nice additions like cocktail shaker and fully stocked kitchen. We felt like it was easy to relax and hardly saw anyone……

“Brought my daughter to Willmington for a One Tree Hill event. The room was comfortable and just like described. Only a 5 minute drive to the ocean. Would definitely stay here again if we ever get back down this way!!”
