“I wanted a unique getaway to relax and just have some much needed best friend girl time! I saw the houseboats in the marina and always wanted to stay. Thank you for making my dream come true. “Concierge Zak has excellent customer service. Very helpfull. Loaded our luggage from parking and drove use to the dock, then carried our stuff to the floating house. All staff was very engaging and friendly. The Houseboat was beautiful and well maintained. Nicely decorated. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a unique experience. Sunsets are beautiful!”

“I truly enjoyed my stay at the EXPLORE houseboat villa. Everything looked exactly like the pictures. All directions provided were accurate as well. I wish there was a ceiling fan on the top deck (we did find a small fan to use outside though) but other than that everything was perfect! We will be back!!! ”

“The property is beautiful. Everything was very clean and all the essentials we needed for our stay were provided. My granddaughter loves Barbie and she was so excited to see all the pink in this houseboat! The upstairs deck is where we ate many of our meals. It is a relaxing place to enjoy a cup of coffee while enjoying the sights and sounds of the area. Great vacation with family!”

“Such a fun and memorable stay!! The houseboat was immaculate, beautifully decorated and spacious. A few storms came up and the rain hitting the roof was so nice at night! We are at Bonita, just a short walk down from the houseboats (great food and pretty cocktails!) and enjoyed delivery one evening (you can Door Dash so easily here!) The best perks were the golf cart luggage assistance and rides to and from the parking garage. So convenient. Everyone we met was so friendly and welcoming. Could……

“Beautiful and spotless! Accommodations were perfect! This was our 2nd stay. Unfortunately we did not read the email on the parking changes since 1st stay. Construction of sidewalk in front of Coves was torn up and getting your luggage to house took my husband 4 trips to parking lot that is basically 2 blocks away. We were there for our suns wedding for 9 days and had more luggage and our dog. It’s a lovely place for a short term visit. ”

"During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night."
