“We traveled to Galena spur of the moment and wound up landing in the middle of a fall festival. While an amazing time, accommodations were very sparing. We found this place, 100 dollars less than any hotel within an hours drive in any direction. A nice king size bed, COMFORTABLE! none of that spring-in-your-side stuff either. The hotel has a waffle breakfast and other hot choices, on the smaller side but appropriate for the guest traffic, we were alone in the facility. Let’s talk bathroom! If……

“We absolutely loved this little cabin style home! It was the perfect fit for our weekend getaway with friends. There is a really beautiful back yard, we saw deer wander through one morning, and the area was really quiet and peaceful.There are three bedrooms, each with very comfortable mattresses. (Two rooms had a queen bed in each and one room had a king size bed)We appreciated the open area to gather in during our stay. The kitchen/living room open space was nice to hang out in. “Looking for a large property in the Central City area, we were delighted with The Guest House - beautiful, quiet and serene. Rosemary is a wonderful host and provided everything one could possibly need for an enjoyable stay. Even my 3 young-adult grandsons thought the property was "way cool"! We had traveled there for my mother's funeral; and afterwards it was such a relief to kick back "at home". Thank you, Rosemary. You'll definitely hear from me the next time we're traveling to my old home……

“Absolutely a great place to stay. Host was great, let us us check in a little earlier, and check out a little later. We were here for a wedding nearby. There was a beautiful porch with comfy chairs overlooking a beautiful lake. We enjoyed our morning coffee there. Not one complaint or concern here!”

“Such a neat property!! In between 2 bodies of water there are very few places for a dog to get lost! They had a blast exploring the grounds, we enjoyed fishing and kayaking. It had everything I expected and more. We'll be back!!!”
