“Extraordinary property. Beautifully designed and maintained. Location perfect for exploring Porcupine Mt State Park. Lovely beach for swimming and rock hounding. (For you geology buffs, we saw examples Omars and Oolitic jasper- glacial erratics from Hudson Bay’s Belcher islands.)We enjoyed both indoor and outdoor fireplaces but would have appreciated brief instructions re: need to ignite pilot lights which we did eventually figure out. Thank you for sharing this amazing home!”

“These past 3 days were a trip back to my childhood! The coziness of the camper was very much like the one my parents had for our vacations. Most everything was typical of a maintained camper - gas stove with an electric option, windows, toilet, shower, refrigerator, with a modern plus of a microwave. Being next to Lake Superior/L'Anse Bay was a big plus. Owners were a phone call away if needed (I did call for info and they were answered immediately). The only drawback was that fact that US-41……

“Great place to stay! The garage would be really nice to use in the winter snowmobiling or working on anything really. It was nice to have dry wood available to have a bonfire. The house was very clean and neat with plenty of room to park a truck and trailer. Only thing you need to be aware of is that it is on the highway and you cannot legally ride a SxS the 1/8th of a mile to the trail per the county sheriff. We trailered to the co-op 1/4 mile down the road which was easy enough. Lots of people……

“We had a great time eating and drinking by the fire. Hiking the porkies during the day, and took a day trip to Houghton. The house was a welcome sight every time we came back to it. The view and the house were great, very spacious, we had 8 of us in the kitchen a lot and didn’t seem crowded. Jason was responsive and we appreciated the stay. Would stay here again ”
