Charming house on the river, Relax and Nature at the foot of the Apuan Alps

Exclusive and strategic location, 10 minutes by car from the center of Massa and 20 minutes from the seaside. This three-story house is located on the slopes of the Apuan Alps and overlooks the Renara river, a destination for both tourists and locals to cool down during hot summer days.
The house can accommodate up to 4 people: there are a double bedroom with private bathroom and a room with a double sofa bed and private bathroom. Guests can also enjoy a spacious living room + fully equipped kitchen with fireplace and access to the veranda / porch for dining outside in the summer.
WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine. Private parking.
Quiet area, surrounded by nature, only a couple of miles away from the city and the seaside. Very popular with young people and families especially during the spring / summer period, to escape from the hectic climate of the city and immersing themselves in a suggestive and exclusive setting

E' una casa unica e, contestualizzata, il top. Arrivo: Google Maps è impreciso. Attivati alla meta, ti chiede di svoltare a dx, invece mantenete la stessa sponda e girate dopo 50 m. Agibilità: l'accesso è un po' sconnesso, consigliato a chi ha buone gambe. Casa: è arredata con stile e accuratezza. Non si è lesinato sull'impiantistica che è all'avanguardia. Pompe di calore ok. Wifi ok. Riscaldamento a termosifoni: insufficiente e soprattutto va acceso ben prima: in ingresso 14 gradi. Dotazioni buone e moderne. Vettovaglie e set di pentole ok. Letto matrimoniale, migliorabile. Posizione: ottima per escursioni nelle Apuane e panorami mozzafiato. Tutto sommato anche a 15 minuti dal mare.

Wunderbare Lage

Das Häuschen liegt fantastisch in einem engen Tal an einem Gebirgsbach. Im August kommen viele Leute zum Baden, was die Ruhe etwas stören mag, aber daran gewöhnt man sich. Auch bei größter Sommerhitze wird es abends kühl. Das Haus ist gut renoviert, gemütlich und ideal für zwei Personen. Nach Massa und zum Supermarkt braucht man eine knappe Viertelstunde. Die Berge hinter dem Haus sind ein ausgezeichnetes Wandergebiet mit gut markierten Wegen. Ein besonderes Lob gebührt dem Vermieter. Giorgio ist unkompliziert, zuvorkommend und ausgesprochen hilfsbereit.
