“This home is a beautiful property with a lot of space for your family to stay at while traveling to this part of Virginia! There are multiple options for sleeping, the kitchen is very well stocked, and there are 3 bathrooms, all with showers. The back deck is very nice for sitting outside in the morning to enjoy coffee/tea and watch wildlife. It is conveniently located near several area attractions. We were here to hike at Shenandoah National Park (highly recommended) but on a rainy day we also……

“The location is a beautiful part of Virginia mountains on the creek. As described, this is “glamping,” so be prepared to rough it a little. I will note that there are multiple similar cabins on the property within sight and earshot of each other. Our only issue is that we seemed to have gotten a different cabin than the one pictured.”

“We had a wonderful family spring vacation at the cabin, with our kids to see Shenandoah and Luray Caverns. The kids had fun playing in the huge yard and the camp fire and s'mores supplies. Our dog enjoyed sleeping on the deck after our hikes in Shenandoah and the Yellow Cliffs Overlook trail. There is a short hike down to the river and the kayaks. It was close enough to everything we wanted to see and a short drive to stores. When we arrived the hot water wasn’t working and management company……

“We rented the cabin for a book-club-getaway and had an amazing time. The host was wonderfully accommodating, the house was beautiful and wonderfully decorated, and we just really enjoyed ourselves. **if you’re going in the winter and it’s snowed at all — you’ll want 4wd or AWD, our only issue had nothing to do with the accommodations, just in getting one of our two vehicles up the hill ”
