“When we arrived there was a mixup with our VRBO reservation with Shenandoah Villas but the Massanutten Resort folks hooked us up with an upgrade. Really great customer service, thank you!”

“Lovely private, wooded retreat at the top! Sparkling clean and the hosts thought of every detail. Loved the firepit and hottub with a view. Hosts were very communicative and had tips for optimizing the stay. We will be back. ”
