“We had a great time at the house – it was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. However, after our stay, we realized we had left a winter coat and a blazer. We immediately contacted the property manager, who confirmed they had found our belongings and promised to send them to us. Despite multiple emails and their initial confirmation, they stopped responding and never sent our items. This was very disappointing, especially given the cost of our stay. We’ve rented other properties before, and……

“We got to the house and it was a lovely house, in a great location. The garbage outside had meat and other garbage not in bags. The storm door was broken which we fixed ourselves, the floor was full of sand, the air conditioner in the kitchen didnt blow cold air and the fan in the ktchen didnt work either, the remote was nowhere to be found. I think some of our money should be refunded.”

“The house was able to comfortably accommodate my large group of family and friends. We all loved the diner for breakfasts and eating together, and the game room was a huge hit! Host was very responsive - had some difficulty locating the garbage area but was able to find it! All the games were on and accessible, and the cable tv was great. The pool is nice and large, though the weather wasn’t that great during my visit (a bit chilly). Loved the pickleball court. Only small downside was cellular……

“a little hard to find: hint, look for the address on the garbage cans, because the addresses get a bit wonky further down the block, but this is a lovely spot on the north shore if all you're looking for is a clean bed on a quiet street, and the two bedrooms are so much better for friends or families than would be two rooms in the hotel by the highway -- oh, and there's a nice bagel place just north of the Starbucks on the corner of 25A”
