“The location was great, service was very professional and we had no issues overall. The food is outstanding and prices are fair. We had maybe two points to improve: 1. WiFi was not consistently working, since it works with satellites and the weather can affect the service. 2. Our room was located near the main reception and there was plenty of noise coming from the staff during the mornings.”

“Very nice atmosphere and helpful staff (fortunately one lady spoke English). We stayed for 3 nights. One day we made a nice walk on the beach to Palomino beach, the second day we stayed in the resort. You cannot swim in the sea, but there is a nice small swimmingpool. The third day the hotel organised a private tour for us: we floated with tubes on the Palomino river to the sea. “At our arrival we were greeted with a broad smile from this young man named “Jesus”, he was efficient and polite. The reservation transaction went smooth and we had a minimal waiting time, the room was impeccable clean and comfortable. The food at the restaurant is extremely delicious and with a big variety. “My stay was a respite from daily life, situated on a coastal bulff where the Tayrona river meets the sea. The sea was a little rough for normal beach activities but lying in a hamock listening to the waves crash and watching surfers was sooooo relaxing. The property is not super luxe but it is nicely finished and wel maintained and the staff are attentive and friendly. A great opportunity to practice Spanish since not a lot of English is spoken.
