“Absolutely amazing staff!! We had a flight delay from Auckland and found ourselves arriving after the check-in desk closed. “We were living in the room close to the main road. It could be quite haunting during the night and I was almost sleepless during the first night. And I have to leave all the lights on to make it looks like people are awake. I tried to use the hot bath but the room is locked all the time.
