“Justo debajo había una discoteca cerraba muy tarde y se oía mucho, cuando se lo comunicamos y su contestación fue que al ser céntrico era normal el ruido. La mampara estaba rota y la ducha estaba atascada”

“Firstly, the location is ideal. There is the bus station and an Aldi supermarket only 5 mins away on foot. It is 10-15 minute walk from the beach and downtown Sanlucar. The apartment is well kept, clean and the bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. The wifi and TV worked well. The kitchen was adequate for our needs so we could easily prepare meals. We were also very pleased to see clean towels, a dishwasher and washing machine. We also made use of the beach chairs and umbrella. The……

“Insgesamt 4 prima Tage in der ruhigen Wohnung verbracht. Musste zeitweise im Homeoffice arbeiten, was mit dem angebotenen Internet der Wohnung hervorragend geklappt hat. Kleiner Supermarkt und Früchteladen war trotz Nebensaison offen und zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Wohnung wurde mit einer elektrischen Heizung gemütlich warm. Horacio ist ein toller Vermieter, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.”

“The property was very clean and pleasant. Just about perfect size for us our adult son and his wife. Bathroom was good, plenty of good towels and very clean. The shower was small but adequate with good pressure. The location was perfect for Chippiona and the surrounding areas.Two downsides that could easily be remedied. The one but kitchen was woefully supplied with pots and pans. The non-stick coating was flaking of and the one small fry pan where this wasn't the case had a broken handle.……

“I would definitely visit this apartment again! It is a beautiful space with sliding glass doors to the balcony. We walked to the beach everyday, leaving our car parked in the gated lot. The hosts were very accommodating and waited to meet us even after delayed travel. Highly recommended! Definitivamente egresaría a este apartamento para vacaciones! No tienes que mover el coche para moverte. Al lado de bajo de guía y unos 10-15 minutos al centro. Zona tranquila y edificio también. Comunicación perfecta con los dueños, y contacto en cualquier momento por si hay alguna duda. Perfecto”
