“Brubru Lodge is amazing. The rooms are beautiful, the pool and garden is so clean and pretty. We had an amazing stay. Breakfast was delicious and we had dinner one day there it was really good as well. Its possible to get a transfer to the airport but it was quite expensive (70 dollar). To the main centre of moshi it takes you 25minutes by feet. It’s a perfect place to relax. ”

“I highly recommend Pink Flamingo Hotel Kilimanjaro Tanzania. Leondro & Teresa are fantastic hosts. I was met by Leondro at 2am with a warm smile huge handshake and drink offers. True professionalism. They treated me like royalty for the entire time. The facilities are excellent, rooms exceptionally clean and very good size. There are Great outdoor & pool(s) areas. The bar - It’s a virtual bar. As the staff will give you a list where ever you are. Food times are when you need and very good……

“The overall atmosphere, plants , trees, poolside area was charming, The stafff were cheerful,welcoming and very helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent and began promptly at 6.30am. Very useful and important for those of us with abusy day ahead! The vening food was cooked to order and also delicious. The water heater in our room did not work but the room was otherwise good and the housekeeping also good.”

“Honey Badger Lodge has a wilderness safari lodge feel. The rooms are simple, clean and comfortable. The staff was attentive and friendly. The pool is well maintained and I enjoyed swimming and sunning by the pool. I would definitely stay at Honey Badger again. ”

“I stayed at Kaliwa Lodge for 4 nights and was impressed by the tranquil and peaceful environment. The terrace is a great place to watch the sacred Mountain Kilimanjaro at different times of the day, and be connected to the nature. I brought along my yoga mat to practise on the terrace every morning. Food is great too, they prepared wonderful vegetarian food for me on request everyday. Staff is very nice and treat every guest with their heart. I really enjoyed staying at Kaliwa Lodge. ”

“The property is at a high level of accommodation for the area, however, broken fixtures and leaking toilets across the bathroom floor were issues we faced. The room did not match the online pictures. This was pointed out and the room changed. Staff were friendly and attentive for the most part. Food was good. ”

“Absolutely love this property and it was EXACTLY what i needed after a week long trek up Kilimanjaro. Very relaxing atmosphere with a health-vibe. Masseuse on premises made it very convenient. The food menu at restaurant was also very good. Location is very close to Moshi town (about 15min drive - though if you stay here, you really dont need to go into town - Moshi is very disappointing). Only con was the very spotty wifi. ”
