The owners have done a nice job of maintaining the integrity of this 1915 house while updating it into a comfortable rental property. Anna responded quickly to all correspondence and checked in with us on arrival. ”

“Room was clean and bed comfortable. The place looked fresh, appeared recently redone. Heads up: a damage deposit of $50 in cash is required, credit card not accepted for damage deposit. So, if you don’t have $50 in cash, you will not be able to rent a room. And, when you check out, you have to wait while the manager goes to the room and makes sure there is no damage. ”

“We had a great time! House was very clean. Very accurate to what we saw in the listing. Almost everything was within walking distance: 2 blocks to Main St which had great restaurants/shops/ice cream, 3 blocks to the beach, and 1 block to a great public park for dog walking, soccer, playground, and fountain with splash pad. Beach was excellent for paddle boarding or floats, sand was soft, and kids loved finding hermit crabs. Great front porch for morning coffee. Outdoor shower was awesome……

It is a bit remote and off property activities require a long drive.”
