“Well loved, maintained & stocked home on the bay. Everything was thought of by the owners. Large living space for all to congregate & each have his/her own seat. Well stocked kitchen included all the necessary cooking/baking/serving supplies + several pantry staples. All appliances in working order. Each family couple had their own large bedroom with plenty of room & their own private bath (+ bidets). Nice & clean upon arrival + a little treat from the owner, which was unexpected but so……

“My family and I just returned from cape Charles and strawberry street! The house has everything we needed for a perfect stay! A little hiccup with a lock to the shed was immediately responded to and resolved! The kitchen is well stocked, plenty of room for my family to spread out and also hang out! The location was perfect and the fenced in yard was well enjoyed by our dog! ”

“Checking in was a breeze. No long list to go by. We loved the cottage as soon as we walked in. All of the updates are simply amazing! Contact with the rental. Company was really really great! We realized that alot of the locals did this and it was cool to chat with them during that time. Speaking of locals, everyone was SO friendly (we're not used to that here in Virginia, unfortunately). “The property manager contacted us as expected and check in was easy. Inside and outside, the home was nothing as advertised. Nails sticking out of the walls, dishwasher not attached so it falls out when you pull out the rack; old cars, broken chairs, lawnmowers, old pool, old jacuzzi, a winebego, a boat and toilet seat all strewn around the yard. Also, the water was brown and undrinkable and the kitchen was woefully under-stocked. While the beds were comfortable, the one we slept in had no top……
