“What a unique relaxing stay enjoying birding, kayaking, stargazing, sunsets off the bridge and watching the kids capture crabs galore. We loved the quirky cottage with its amazing large wrap around window views. Donna and Mike are caring hosts, offering plenty of tips on the area when asked. The island is conveniently located close to Yorktown and not far from Jamestown and Colonial Williamsburg. The kids also enjoyed both Yorktown and Jamestown beaches during the stay. ”

“We took a moms' relaxing getaway at this property this week. The property was clean, pretty, and very well kept with modern designs and appliances. We were able to enjoy the beautiful waterfront view from bedrooms, living room and the kitchen during our stay. The house is perfectly located in the quiet neighborhood within a 20-30 min driving distance from a variety of attractions to check out - shopping, museums, and more. We will likely come back to this property again. :) ”

“Bay Cottage was charming, comfortable and the location was just perfect. We could walk to the beach in less than a minute. It is well stocked and beds were very comfortable. We loved the layout and the boys loved all the games. We especially enjoyed the big screened in porch in the evening and the outdoor shower in the back for getting all the sand off. “From start to finish, Cheri made this an easy process. She is very helpful and responds quickly. What you see is what you get. The listing is 100% accurate. The cottage is quaint and cozy. Cheri is very organized and had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed catching crabs, fishing from the beach, kayaking and mastering the paddle board.
