“This was my 3rd or 4th stay here, and my favorite spot in all of Maine. Even on a rainy or snowy day, it’s gorgeous. This is an older home with lots of charm, the most breathtaking views of the harbor, and everything you could need to enjoy time here indoors or out. I almost hate to add photos, as it will drive demand for this spot even higher. It’s just a stunningly beautiful space and it’s very hard to leave!”

“This was the perfect place to stay for a family wedding weekend. Loved sitting on the deck with my morning coffee looking out over the harbor. Very quite neighborhood. Located a couple minutes from downtown Rockland, Owls Head Transportation just down the street along with the State Park. Wedding venue was 3 miles away in South Thomaston. It was exactly as described, comfy, cozy and allowed pets. Fenced in yard for the dog was a huge plus. Hosts were great. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Great location so close to Rockland. Lovely views of the boats in the bay. House very well equipped and clean. It’s all on one floor - convenient for seniors and hard to find. The only real drawback was lack of porch, deck and access to outside space. We would return again.”

“This was our second day at this property and it was just as lovely as the first. The wonderful hosts bring an artist's eye to everything they do. They are also thoughtful enough to make sure that there’s are extra toothbrushes or razors or other necessities you may have forgotten. “Our family had a wonderful time at this property! 4 comfortable, private bedrooms for the 8 of us. A kitchen big enough for 4 cooks! A peninsula with 10 stools, and a large table to gather around. “Clean, comfortable, even"extra" bonuses not in description like an adjustable bed and a queen-sized air mattress with bedding. Well equipped. Very close to Drift In Beach parking. The house is on a curve and you need to take caution pulling out though it is doable--if the neighbor on the Tenant's Harbor side would trim back bushes, it would no longer be an issue. Quiet, relaxed and convenient location.”

“The location is amazing. Tenant’s harbor is my favorite area in mid coast and then this cottage could not be better located. Had kayak delivered by Port Clyde Kayak (great place) and paddled daily right from outside the cottage. Easy walk to General store and Happy Claim (another great place). The cottage is lovely and well stocked kitchen for all cooking equipment ( bring your own coffee though). Bed very comfortable. FYI there are not ceilings in bedroom which I loved looking up at rafters……
