“Wonderful stone converted coach house, very cosy, helpful owner, lots of bits and bobs in the cupboards, everything thought of, good sized rooms too… great facilities and a huge amount of logs and kindling supplied for the wood burner. Heating system worked brilliantly when we needed it as we were snowed in last two days. The perfect place to walk from direct, We found wonderful walks from our doorstep. Very peaceful and quiet setting. Highly recommended - thanks Nigel!”

“Nether Hall Farm Barn Studio is an absolutely delightful place to stay with everything you needed for a comfortable stay away from the hustle and bustle of life. Natasha lives just across the way and was a most helpful host. The guide for all things that you need to know was comprehensive. Highly recommended.”

“Cottage was clean and well presented with lots of extra touches. Netflix was a bonus! Unfortunately the management company let down the whole experience. Security deposit required prior to releasing check in information, and we emailed them when we found a mouse in the property but they failed to respond. Also the cleaner was waiting for us to leave which wasn’t great! Parking is limited but luckily we found a space on arrival. Dog friendly but be aware no enclosed yard and dogs are not……

“We loved our stay in Wirksworth. Such a lovely area for walking and cycling which we were after. The cottage was lovely. Very comfy beds, great sofa and fab log burner. Kitchen has everything you need. The shower is definitely small as the listing says. However i dont thjnk i realised how small - we managed (just) but this is the only negative in an other wise lovely stay. The village is also great, again with everything you need in terms of variety of places to eat and drink.”

“Our family of 9 (6 seniors, myself, + 2 children) stayed at this lovely property. Plenty of rooms/beds to accommodate a large group. 1 bedroom is separate, a studio apartment adjacent. The house had everything you could need. Well stocked with bedding, kitchen items, appliances. Heating was on so we never felt cold. Garden to enjoy meals/sunsets. Quiet neighborhood.
