“We enjoyed the beach and the sea, but it would be better if the hotel could find a way to remove the seaweed. The beach towels provided by the hotel were disappointing, as they had many large, unsightly stains. On the positive side, we appreciated the all-inclusive services and the friendly staff at the bars who served drinks. It would be helpful if the hotel could include more options, like ice cream, in the all-inclusive package. The three daily meals were good, and the restaurant staff……

“We really enjoyed staying on the property, beautifully designed inside and outside. Our suite was spacious and bright. We enjoyed walking around the lake very much. Amazing service and wonderful staff , they do all they can to make you feel comfortable, i highly recommend staying there and definitely looking forward to my next stay there in the future.”

“I liked the hotel. ”

“We went to celebrate one of our 2 annual anniversaries. We arrived and waited as they decorated our room with flowers. We didn't get the ocean view we reserved but the we did get a lovely room with a bathtub. We spent the afternoon poolside then dressed for dinner. We were hoping for some fresh fish but they didn't seem to have any on the menu. The buffet was surprisingly good and the servers were wonderfully attentive. We were able to take a few bites back to the room and the brought us a cake……

“The hotel manager (Mr. Ahmed Farag ) and concierge ( Mr. Adham ) at this hotel were exceptional. The hotel manager was always attentive and made sure that all of our needs were met. They were organized and efficient in handling any issues or requests that we had during our stay. The concierge was extremely knowledgeable about the area and provided us with excellent recommendations for restaurants, attractions, and activities. They were also very helpful in arranging transportation and making……
