Located next to a beach club playing loud music till 4AM . The sea is calm & no high waves noticed like other unsuitable beaches in the north coast which is a big advantageous issue. “I was an El Alamain for the Egypt Airshow and chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport compared with the other hotel options that were recommended for the event. The location is fantastic. “Balcony door would not lock due to lock falling out! Expensive food and manual addition for billing. Poor pool hours. No lifts. Security staff asleep. One roll of toilet paper and no reserves. This is a cheap 1980s Spanish hotel at best. I will never return. ”

The rooms are degraded and lack of maintenance. No towels all the time and full of stains . many problems about towels give you used towels from other person . Too expensive for the conditions ”
