“I do not like the way the daytime desk clerk talks to guests, me included. What he doesn’t realize is when he belittles another employee to one of the guests, he is bringing the entire team down. It seems as though he is the only “bad seed””

“Was perfect clean, quiet and affordable, will stay there again next time we come out to go to Bell’s”

“Some aspects of the hotel were excellent others not so good. Our room was not cleaned the entire time we were there which was 6 days, and had not been cleaned well before we checked in. There was a hyperdermic needle in our chair ( had the front desk immediately remove the chair) also found someones underwear behind the trash can when I took my own trash out. On the plus side the breakfast was good each day, the front desk crew was excellent, I had two dogs with me ,and unlike another nearby……

“Though tired on the outside and common areas, the room appeared updated and was clean. The front desk attendants were attentive.”

“The area surrounding the hotel wasn't the best. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Our room didn't seem like it was thoroughly cleaned before check in - dirt/dust on the floor and hair in the shower. Also, the doors slam very loudly and there were a fair amount of dogs barking. Pool was small, but my kids liked it. Breakfast was good - lots of options and eating area was clean and updated.”

“We had an AMAZING stay for our soccer tournament. We had 3 adults and 5 kids. The pictures were true to image. The house was clean and spacious. The game room kept everyone entertained. The host was very accommodating for our schedule. If we come back, we will stay here again!”

“Had one snafu with parking that nice young man Tom at front desk took care of quickly after the first desk person say that she could not. Otherwise no complaints. The food for our conference was good ”
