“Clare, our host was very helpful and the apartment we stayed in was like a home away from home, suited us perfectly, as wee had our dog with us too. ”

“I did not get access to the property from the host. After messaging and calling multiple times and getting no response, I never received checkin information.”

“Poorly maintained, master bedroom door handle was on top of the cupboard and the shower hose leaks. Not enough electrical sockets to provide power to laptop and lights. Furniture was a bit uncomfortable. Bed was very squeaky. Overall adequate for its purposes and met expectations. Wifi details provided were incorrect, but its on the hub so managed. TV was only usable with youtube as its the only service available that didn't require signing in. No live digital channels available. ……

“We were booked in to no. 9 but moved as we had been doubled booked. No. 2 Apartment described as recently refurbished - bathroom has not been updated in 20 plus years. Upon speaking to Donnini - refurbishment means a new settee and table & chairs in the kitchen! Apartment was not clean - marks on bedding, cobwebs in the lampshades, carpet disgusting, kitchen floor and the wall to the side of the bathroom had not been cleaned in a long time! No acknowledgment from the management team in terms……

“A last minute refusal by another property to honour our booking meant we had to quickly find an alternative. With hindsight, this was actually a good thing when we found this apartment. Marlborough was simply excellent. Lovely apartment, great view over the river, spotlessly clean, great location (convenient & quiet), easy reserved parking and lovely staff. Without a doubt will book here again on our next stay in the area. A great find.”

“Beautifully decorated comfortable chic home and the sofa bed is full size double & comfy. Only downside is it’s not that practical if you plan to cook all your meals in the flat. No cupboard space for groceries, kitchen pots etc are in the bedroom, couldn’t find a frying pan. Was easier to eat out or get takeaways. Bathroom is of high standard but tight on space with no where to put a wash bag or makeup bag or even a toothbrush. Also I would suggest owner puts a proper door on the side room……
