“我分開兩次入住，是我印象中最差的大品牌酒店。 一開始的前枱藍髮職員，是我旅行以來見過態度最差的前枱職員，她的態度我已不想再多說，黑面囂張…跟本不想協助幫你，之後又黑面。 寄存行李房，跟本細到沒地方放個大行李箱，房間燈光嚴重不足，我還以為進了黑房，要自己自製一個枱燈，房間有個放雪櫃的櫃，第一次的房間是有雪櫃的，第二次回頭再住，竟然沒有，桑拿室分開男女兩邊，但又要分時間限制，長時間女士桑拿房門口多人排隊，跟本連進入機會也沒有。 我不會再選擇入住這間酒店了。附近的兩間好太多了，太大對比。”

“前台服務態度非常好，很負責，我提出過三次要求全部解決。房間乾淨舒適。早餐豐富，晚餐味道很不錯。位置距機場1-2公里，地鐵一個站很方便，唯一希望能夠開通機場班車，方便地鐵停運後的服務。”

“- staff was unhelpful, we travelled internationally into Helsinki with 4 large luggages. When we asked whether they have luggage service we were told they are “very busy” at the moment and so cannot help with our luggages. I have never in my life been told by a hotel (let alone a Hilton hotel) that they cannot assist with luggages. - they charge you for every single thing. If you want room service, it’s an extra 15 euros service fee just for them bringing up the food. This is obviously in……

“出差住宿，因为客户公司在ESPOO，所以订了这家，走路过去十分钟，满方便的。酒店旁边是一个满新的商场，有很多餐厅和商店，还有超市，满足了绝大部分的需求。还有一个设计很好的文化中心，但是没有时间去看看。酒店的餐厅水准也不错，早餐或者午餐服务和菜品都蛮好的。标准间不是很大，双床的床太窄，大概只有1米2？男人睡不太舒服，这个希望改进。”

“Very nice hotel and super friendly easy-going staff - they helped us handle cake delivery and kindly stored it in the fridge (no fridges in the rooms), even gave us nice cake cutter without demand :) Excellent breakfast with a variety of hot and cold dishes, fruits and pastry. Cool design and internal areas. Convenient location”
