“Quaint, historic neighborhood and house that is within walking distance to restaurants that serve a variety of tastes, including vegan; shopping; beach walking; and enjoying all the Victorian homes while strolling. Very friendly to walking around and felt safe. Easy drive to local wildlife/nature and historical spots. We loved our 9-day vacation with this lodging as our home base. We were pleased that we had plenty of towels and linens. Cozy, airy, beachy feeling and enjoyed our interactions……

“Really nice efficiency with a nice-sized bathroom. Great location, close to boardwalk, with a bicycle rental joint across the street. Easy walk to the beach. Used street parking and had to walk a couple of blocks (though one evening I got a space right next to the building!). Parking was not terribly challenging, as it wasn't a holiday weekend. The area seemed really safe at night. Neighbors were quiet (though a maid decided slamming doors incessantly midday was okay :-). Bathroom caulk needs……

“Accommodation was clean, comfortable and very well equipped with whatever you might need.Door lock was a bit hard to negotiate, we needed a few attempts each time before it unlocked. But it eventually did.Owner was very responsive and helpful with great recommendations (including leaving printed info and overall stay instructions in the house).His own house is right next door so despite having the whole place for yourself, you share a wall - so whatever loud noise anyone makes, the other side……

“Property was great! But if you bring a dog and it barks, the other people in apartment complain. I didn't complain when people are loud, running in hallway and kids jumping and screaming. I am on vacation i expect it to be loud! ”

“Pulled into parking space across the street. The sign said temporary no parking until 4/15. Also, permit required. No problem since it was the 19th and I had a permit. The policewoman kindly explained it was the wrong permit. Oh well, had a great time never the less. Awesome location, lots of exercise. Thanks Mike and Fen!”
