“We stayed in unit 11 and it was very cramped and very hot because it's an attic with skylights. Just should've read the square footage better on the listing bc it's a very small space. The host was wonderful and accommodating and it was very close to the beach just be careful and stay hydrated.”

“This was a comfortable place to stay overnight in Wilmington, an easy drive to downtown and back, off-street parking, and a simple check-in, all for a reasonable price. The kitchen floor could have been cleaner, but it wasn't a big deal because we weren't in the kitchen a lot. I let the host know and they said they would work to improve it.”

My only notes are more about aesthetics and convenience like adding mirrors in places other than the bathroom and having cleaning supplies available for those of us who like to clean and wipe the counters down etc. and maybe a chest of drawers in the rooms too. I will say that the mattress in the master bedroom was so comfortable I slept through the night every day of our stay-which never happens at home. Loved that mattress. ”
