“Air conditioning only in bedroom but the wifi only in living room. When we check in the bathroom trash can was almost full and urine stains all over the toilet. Have small shower gel and soap.No shampoo ,no dishwasher detergent,no laundry detergent.Also no salt and pepper….no any cooking oil and seasoning. “From being welcomed at the hotel to the final check out the staff were so friendly and went that little bit extra to make sure our stay was an amazing one. The choice of food and drinks were great and we were able to book the speciality restaurants with ease. Pools were great along with the choice of water sports that were included. “Came with the family for UK half term to get some winter sun and we all loved the place! “Everything about this hotel was on point. The facilities, service, food, kids club. JD the wellness staff member was exceptional and deserves recognition. Because of him we knew all about the hotel, facilities and ability to use the wellness centre at the spa free of charge. Without him we would not have known this. Kids club had kids eat free which was another lovely bonus. Well done Lux a great family holiday had for all the family :-)”
